The KnowledgeBase is the support database used by the support technicians. It allows our clients to search for support topics on their own, and is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Information included in the KnowledgeBase is updated frequently. Use of this service is offered at no additional charge.

Before entering the KnowledgeBase,
You will be prompted for a username and password.

General users should use the following:

Username: user
Password: guest

If you are a Dedicated Server Client, please enter the username and password given to you by the Staff.
